When you enquire, DearGuests uses your name, email, optional phone number and message, requested villa, dates and guest count to respond to your request. We save the accommodation quote shown when you send the form. An enquiry does not reserve a stay.
Authorised staff can read and handle your enquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Resend processes our staff notification and confirmation email. These emails contain no marketing or tracking.
We retain enquiry details until they are manually deleted. Authorised staff can erase your contact details and message, leaving an anonymised record of the villa, dates, quote and handling outcome. Pending emails are then cancelled.
